Questions
How big is the projection?
From a nightstand to a bedroom ceiling, about 7 ft, expect a soft circle a couple of feet wide. Closer surfaces give a smaller, sharper sky. It's a focused pool of sky, not a whole-room planetarium.
What's the difference between the sets?
Every set comes with the same Orbit Mini. The number is how many film slides you get. The 12- and 24-film sets include a Christmas film.
When do I need to order for Christmas?
Orders leave within 1–3 business days and usually arrive 7–10 business days after that in the US. The countdown at the top of this page shows the last safe day.
Does it work with the lights on?
It's made for dark rooms. With a lamp on you can still see the shape, but the stars wash out.
What if I don't love it?
